Who We Are

The NGC Team (Network of Gifted Consultants) is a St. Petersburg, Florida–based consulting firm specializing in government affairs, community development, nonprofit strategy, and leadership training.

Led by Nikki Gaskin-Capehart, The NGC Team partners with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and public sector leaders across Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, and Gulfport, to build stronger organizations and more resilient communities.

About Nikki Gaskin-Capehart

Nikki Gaskin-Capehart is a community development leader, government affairs strategist, and Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Practitioner with decades of experience across both the public and private sectors.

She most recently served as the Director of Urban Affairs for the City of St. Petersburg, where she was appointed by Mayor Rick Kriseman and led initiatives focused on equity, economic inclusion, and community engagement.
